jr 622 shows .1 volt on display

the batt is at 10 .5 volts but display shows .1 volt and then low bat i have tryed different batt with same thing happening

It sounds like the CPU may need to be reset, or this could be a sign of further problems. It sounds like the system will need to come in for a check up.
