9303 flap switch warning in triple rate mode

can i turn this off i have the triple rates set but when the TX is in low rate aka all the way down on the triple switch and turn the TX off then back on i get a warning and have to switch to high rates to turn on the TX i haven't read the manual but i guess i will take a look tomorrow

It isn't possible to bypass this function, it is a safety feature built into the system to make sure you have the flight modes set to flight mode 0, which is assumed by the system to be the "normal" flight mode.
