servo load on recevier

Can someone tell me the number of servos you can put per channel, and total servos you can put on a receiver like JR 700?
I think I read somewhere ,[:o]not to put more than two per channel. I would like to know if that is true.

There isn't really a hard fast rule on any type of a limit per channel or per receiver. The receiver can handle extremely high current draw. How many servos you can use is more dependent on the set up and the purpose of the model.

Thanks for the reply Danny

I was just wondering. A friend of mine, said you could put four servos on three "y" harness in to one channel. Is that ok?

It should be ok if you are using PPM or SPCM. If you are using ZPCM that might not work. Generally though there are better ways to set up a model to reduce the servos per channel.

Thanks again Danny:D

What is the reason that it will work with SPCM but maybe not with ZPCM?

RE: servo load on recevier

ZPCM has a lower signal strength from the receiver to the servos than SPCM or PPM, so using a single channel for multiple servos with ZPCM generally requires an amplifier.
