JR r125 recievers

Why do i keep having these r125 recievers go bad i have burned up 3 in 1 month and i know another guy racin thats burned up 2 in 3 weeks. What am i doing wrong to make these recievers burn up like this. I have used hitec and airtronics and they never had a problem all summer but on the vehicle i was using jr i just kept burning recievers.
