Spektrum modules and Futaba Tx

Danny,
Can you tell me if the Spektrum 2.4gHz transmitter modules for Futaba transmitters are compatible with the Futaba 9VAP?
I see reference to the 9Z, 8U, etc. but never the 9VAP.

The standard Futaba module will fit, but I'm not certain about the antenna mount if it will work with that system.
