Data Transfer

I bought a data transfer disc & usb cable version 1 to store my tx settings on my PC but it will not work with my X-3810.
I am sure the 3810 is compatible as I have seen it mentioned.
What am I doing wrong, is there a earlier version of soft ware or something.
Has anyone been able to store their tx settings from the 3810 to a PC?

To the best of my knowledge, the only item that will do a X3810 is the MacGregors DataXchange.

Not sure if the Horizon Hobby version works, but the true JR system will not function with a 3810. Just wasn't designed for it.

If this is what you have it only supports these radios XP9303, X9303 2.4, 10X air, and 10X heli

Will the PC Data Transfer program, over USB, for the 9303, be compatible with Windows 7, either now or in the future?
