If I get to feeling better I need to finish covering it. I bumped the tail and broke the vertical stab so now I have to fix it first.

I was lucky enough to pick up a couple Sig kits at a swap meet last weekend. I got a LT25 and a Kadet MK II.
Hopefully I'll get at least one of them built over the winter.

I dropped my ready for clear coat Corsair on it's tail. Actually it fell off the pipes I had it store up on so if fell 7'. Now I have to remove the fabric, repair the dents, and recover it, re-prime it, re-paint it. Not happy, much easier to repair uncovered than when it is 98% done.

If it will make you feel better I tell you about my bone head stunt. I took it out to get to something sat it on the bed hanging slightly off the edge and then sat in the adjacent chair without looking catching top portion of the fin with my fat butt breaking the fin. I win the idiot contest

That gif is perfect to sum up just about anything, from sitting on a tail feather, to finding out you owe taxes.

I always find it amusing when sellers have no clue the value of what they have. You can buy this new for $115 directly from Sig. or with built in "patina" for $125, and not cheap shipping.

I agree and clearly he's hoping he'll get a buyer that doesn't know it's value but often your on the other end of the deal, I picked that same kit up at a swap meet for $15.

It's older kits like the Liberty Sport that can go for those kinds of prices since they are no longer made. I got lucky and found mine for $100. Speaking of which, I finally got the dope to finish it not too long ago. Yesterday I got another coat of yellow on the top wing, so will see what it looks like today and if it needs a final coat, ok, if not, great can edge the gray part and put the decals and red stripes on and finally be done with it.

I guess the mold and rust have discouraged the prospective buyers. That and the $50 "economy" shipping.

Hi, A guy here built a SIG Kadet Senior kit for me and screwed it up. Since I cannot fly it until I get enough space to fix the problems myself I decided to design a new nose and brushless motor cowl for the DYS D3548-4 brushless motor;
https://pinshape.com/items/102491-3d...urbo-nose-cowl IF you have a different motor you can send me the make/model link to drafting sketches and I can make the changes to accommodate your motor.
