Default drilling wing to fuse bolt holes , big bingo

since there is a diehedral in the bingo wing , the holes drill on an angle . should you drill the blocks first
or assemble the fuse blocks and the wing blocks and drill all at once?

I always drill the wing and mounting blocks at the same time.

thanks , the wing is a little dicey , because you have a gap on the bottom center , because of the dihedral, and you have
to slide in the wing tube than , somehow get it to stay together while you drill it.
