Default Pivot style hinge with built in control horn

Hi,
I am looking for robart style pivot hinge that has a built in control horn as part of the hinge.
I saw these on an arf I put together a while ago, and would like to use them on a scale project I am working on.
I have searched on line, but have not found what I am looking for. I hope someone on the forum will know where I can find these.

Thanks

If you damage the control horn you will be replacing a hinge.

StTelemaster150,
You are correct. That will add some inconvenience if I damage a control horn. I am willing to take this risk.

Thanks

Doesn't Robart still make hinge points with the control horn?

Well heck, they used to make them. I've got 4 of them. I don't know that I would use them as they are 40 something years old though.
