Great Planes PT-40 EXTREME
Why hello there folks, for some reason, in which I am unable to explain, I occasionally get the itch to build abnormal stuff you don't see all the time. Last year, I had this itch and built an overpowered Great Planes PT-60 trainer with a DLE20cc, which was fun, but wasn't crazy enough.
PT-60 with DLE20cc build:

Now I feel like doing it again, except with a PT-40 and a greater power to weight ratio, and 2x29mm external Rocket 'Jato' Pods
Plans:
PT-40 Kit
Tail dragger conversion
RCGF 21cc twin cylinder gas engine
No washout
Larger control surfaces
No dihedral
Led Lights for night flying?
Two 29mm Aerotech RMS rocket Jato Pods

Flew planes as a kid and always wanted to get back into it. Purchased a PT 40 kit about 7 years ago and finally started building. What a great hobby and what you've done is amazing! I'd love to see more pictures of the build and any flight videos.
