I use 30 minute epoxy on all of my control surfaces. Clean any epoxy that may advertently get on the hinge pin with alcohol, any dried epoxy left on the hinge pin can be freed easily with a drop of alcohol then flexing the hinge up and down.

For the past few days I've been working on making the handles for the engine cowl halves. Two for the right half and two on the left side...

Why yes Mike! I still have to make the locking latches for the right/left engine cowl halves...

The interior should keep you busy for a while!

Love all the detail you are doing, do you have an all up projected weight when finished.

Thank you! Good question on weight. I have been thoughtful to use materials that are as light as possible, but as you know, when you add all the scale details, the weight adds up quickly. With that being said, I'm hopeful that the finished weight will not exceed 16 pounds.

No, but I may add doors that are attached to just the gear struts on the mains though.
