Hog bipe cowl question

I am planning on getting a Hog Bipe and plan on putting a cowl on and doing research I found a pic with one next to a Spacewalker and noticed the nose is very much alike, Does anyone know if the cowl from the Spacewalker could be made to fit or is the size just too off.

Wow, those are my airplanes. A couple of the fiberglass part suppliers offer cowls designed for the Hog-Bipe, I understand they're very similar-looking to the Space Walker cowl. The GreatPlanes cowl is too flimsy to be recommended.
On my previous Hog-Bipe the engine was mounted sideways and a wooden partial cowl was built on. Pretty easy to do and looked "OK", not great.
The thing to do is make the fuselage front round by adding partial formers, stringers, and sheeting, and use a round cowl!!

swooper That is one cool sceme on your Hog, Love the color too, Great job and thank you for posting the web page. I don't have the kit yet but have decided to move up my fleet and add a few new ones and so far I plan to add the Vector flight Sukhoi SU-31, A Phoenix Models Giles 202 46 and the Hog Bipe for one to build once I move and settle in in a few months. Building the cowl up might be a good option but I've got some time to decide.

A lot of SIG fuses are similar. I bought Stan's cowl for my hog bipe and it fit a buddies 4-star 60 reasonably well. As there probably isn't a large price difference, you might as well go with the right cowl though if you have to order it anyway.
