From: Center of the Flyover States,
Since it is a profile design you need to look in the Fun Flying Planes & Profile Planes
Forum. A search on "Fun 51" produces these strings. Generally you should replace about three of the longerons with spruce/basswood to prevent the fuse breaking behind the wing. Put in some plywood plates on both sides of the area where the main landing gear attaches.

Go ahead and get one! I bought one a few months ago and only payed $40 at TH. It is my first kit and I have enjoyed building it very much(much more fun than ARF's)! Almost done covering the thing. Opted to use a scheme close to the box but I went for a more authentic scheme. Modeling after the Tuskegee "Little Freddie" P-51D piloted by Capt. Freddie E. Hutchins. Not as colorful as some of the other Fun-Fly planes but as far as warbirds go, it's not bad(MK aluminum, missile red and yellow). For $40-45 you can't go wrong. Enjoy, Gene
