How much is too much?? If it's not excessive... you'll be fine... Inverted flying won't be as good... but how much inverted flying do you do with a trainer anyway??

Dont think i would be.Lucky my first kit was a trainer, many people get ARF's as first planes.

I once heard people talking about using a heat gun on monokote to bend mistakes back into shape.Would that work??

Heating the mono coat will not reduce the dihedral but it can be used to take warps out, to much wash in or wash out. Do you have ailerons on the trainer?

Sig's Web page is not the easiest to navigate. Replacement parts are found under Accessories.

Call Sig and they will sell you a wing kit. It will be approximately 2/3 the cost of a complete kit.

its off 2 inches on each side of the wing.
Im ok with it looking ugly, see how it flys first.Wing kit may be 2/3 the price but it beats buying a new kit!
...im building with the ailerons.

Put it on your power saw and CAREFULLY cut it right down the center of the middle ribs. Re shape it and reglue it. You shouldn't have to put out the bucks for a new wing for a mistake like that.
I cut my senior wing after building it with diehdral and took most all of it out and added ailerons on the rebuild. Good luck what do you have to lose. I used my scroll saw with a very fine blade.

Getting a new wing from SIG + shipping may cost as much a new KIT.
