Hi Everybody,
Lets start with fin construction. Before doing anything look wheather the fin is damaged from any side if so repair that damage. Then cut out fin & rudder using smooth balsa saw. Glue leading edge & trailing edge & leave it for few minutes. Let the glue set . After setting the glue sand leading edge & trailing edge to give proper shape. Use filler to fill dents if any. Do same with tailplane also. Look photos.

Lets start to construct wings. Cut out ailerons from wings. Glue Leading edge & trailing edge to wings & leading edge to ailerons. After glueing all sand it to give proper shape.Look photos.

Today i have completed fin, tailplane & elevator ( fully finshed) after sanding. Glued Wing tubes into wings & tailplane using epoxy. After setting epoxy, glue end ribs to wing & tailplane. After setting glue sand to give proper shape. After this start fuselage construction. Assemble side walls, then fit all formers laying one side wall on ground, place another sidewall on it. Don't glue anything before checking from every angles. Then use/apply glue/cyno to it. Then Glue main wing tube & tailplane tube to fuselage. sand it properly.

Hi Everybody,
What i have completed today is full wing finshed after sanding & glueing them loction pins (dowels) to fixed in fuselage. Same thing done with tail plane also. Then start for hinging holes in fin-rudder, tailplane-elevator & in wing-ailerons.

Today what i have done is prepared canopy completly fiberglass undercarriage tail wheel mounts & firewall. Assembled full model for checks from each & every angle.

Today i installed all the hardwares & radio equipments. Check for everything is going on properly or not. I am getting enough throws in elevator- 70degree, Ailerons-60 degree & in rudder 70 degree. I installed 1-1 servo each in wings for ailerons, has two servos one from each side for elevator, & one servo for rudder with pull pull system ( only in rudder). After checking all removed all servos & hardwares from model. Clean it & look for dents & marks to fill up using filler/putty. Fill up all the marks/dents sand & again clean ( make dust free) model for monokoting. Monokoting is going on. I will sent photos soon.

Once we got the kit it desire for every one to build it fast as you can & move for flying. Till this we never sleeps properly.
Look the colour scheme done on wings.

It's possible to build a plane of that simplicity in a short time. I built my Extra 300S .60 in two whole weeks. From bare balsa stick to fully built frame ready to cover.
