Hi
I was planning on building my Marutaka Zero 60 this winter but just haven't had the time . I was wondering if anyone has built the Pilot laser cut Zero 30 kit . How it builds , is it a good flyer etc. It looks like a nice little airplane .
Thanks , Rich

rich, i built the smaller version of Pilot's Zero a couple of years ago as a re-introduction back into the hobby after being out for about 20 years. the kit was very good with all parts fitting very well. it's not so scale though in that the sides are slab balsa. however, i never did fly it. shortly after building the Zero i built and flew the .30 size P51. that ship flew very well and i had a lot of fun with it until i had too much fun one day and ran out of gas. still, the Pilot kits are good builders and fliers.
btw, i also have Marutaka's .60 Zero which i've partly started on (built horizontal stab and fin). are you going to do a build thread for this kit? would love to compare notes.

Hi Tubig
I'd like to do a build thread on the Marutaka Zero but I just don't have the time this winter . I thought I would build a smaller version like the Pilot kit for now . Thanks for the info on the kits .
