I am just finishing a rebuild (don't ask) of a Phaeton 90 biplane. I would like to attach a windscreen to it, but am faced with the puzzle of how to securely attach it. The windscreen is cut from a 2-liter Pepsi bottle, and the plane is covered with UltraCote.

Anyone have any good ideas? Thanks in advance.

For closed cockpits (bubble type canopy ) I use RC-56 glue.

Here is a method I use quite a bit for open cockpits.
I epoxy the tabs into the wood.

Campy's idea is great.

I have run the small button head Great planes screws 2 x 1/2 down through the edges and used the RC 56. It hasn't come off after a year and a half.
