I STARTED THIS THREAD BECAUSE OF THE OVERWELMING RESPONSE FOR PICS OF THIS KIT. LOOKING FOR ANY AVAILABLE PICS OF THE FLAIR SCOUT SERIES KIT FOKKER D-7. 61 IN. WING SPAN .THIS KIT IS FROM WILTSHIRE, ENGLAND.
WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM THOSE IN THE U. K. THAT HAVE BUILT AND FLOWN THIS AWESOME PLANE. FLYING, CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING DETAILS AND COVERING SCHEMES ETC. IMPROVEMENTS? THANKS

I'll come back at the weekend with some pictures as it's currently in storage, wintering so to speak. But I took over two weeks just to handpaint a lozenge pattern on the wings. The covering is solartex with a paint finish. It is a builder's model and very rewarding when a reasonable finish is achieved.
Flying is a reasonably relaxed affair however it must land a take off directly into wind.
I'll post some pics at weekend and scratch the memory bank for build tips.
