Default GP Ultimate Bipe Engine Orientation

Hello

I am working on a GP 40-size Ultimate Bipe kit. I have a Fiberglass Specialties cowl and a Saito 72, mounted sideways to the pilot's right as the GP directions show.

It appears the engine may fit better within the cowl if I rework the engine mount so that the engine is inverted. The sideways position would place the head rather close to the front cheek of the cowl.

How are you all mounting your engines? Does anyone have a four stroke mounted sideways, and if so is there enough cowl material left to stand up to the vibration? I would prefer to keep it sideways if possible.

Thanks
