Well Iwas able to get a hold of a good scale today and it comes out to 8 lbs 0 oz. The scale was tetering from 7lbs 14ozs to 8lbs 2oz's so I am going to call it 8 even.

I wound up cutting a hole in the bottom of the fuse. I only had to do it for the main spar/dowell. The anti-rotation dowl was easy enough to get at through the hatch.
