A few years ago, I built a Direct Connections Tsunami and powered it with a Webra .40 ABC Speed on a pipe. This airplane was a dream! Super fast, Super light, handeled beautifully. I want to build another, but was lacked te foresight to make templates of all the parts so that I could build another fromscratch someday. I think I can build another, if only I had the patterns from the wing ribs. Was anybody out there clever enough to trace them from the die cut sheets before throwing them away? There are heaps of post about people wanting this plane again. Why oh whyt did Direct Connection stop making this kit? It was a beauty, and anybody who has flown one agrees!

I've just opened the kit for the Tsunami. I'd be happy to make some templates of the wing ribs. The idea really makes sense for possibly building another plane later, or "God Forbid", rebuilding this one in case the inevitible happens. When I get some templates made I'll post them.

Spartksaflyin,
I'm on my second rebuild of my Tsunami, currently building w/ribs re-drawn from the crashed plane. Could you see to it that I get a copy of yours? It'd save me much trouble. I really appreciate it!
I LOVE this plane, on a Rossi w/TP!
