Hey, khodges.Your plane looks great !!! I tried to do the triangle looking stripes & couldn't get them to look right. I ended up w/ the stripes by making a tool out of a 1 by 2 by drilling 2 holes in it the distance apart that I wanted my stipes to be wide. & just cut away.. If ya want to see a real neat stripe job, ( This is an older thread & he shows you how to do a really cool set of stripes) http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_60...1/key_1/tm.htm I hope this link works !!

This was my first trainer. It's a Tower Trainer with OS 40LA. It's been passed from new guy to new guy after I moved on to more challenges. It's still flying today after 7 years.

Bob,
The Force One is an easy and fun kit to build if you have any kit building experience. And it comes out as one great flying plane. When I build mine, I waited some three years before I had the courage to fly it and the maiden was 100% uneventful. The plane just flies great due to Laddie's design. The only challenge is just getting use to it's orientation being different being a delta wing.
Mine by the way is covered in Monokote and is powered with an Irvine .39 engine. The only modification I did in the design was to change the ailerons/elevator to elevons.
Take care...
Jim

Here's mine. Maiden flight was last Friday 7/4/08. Pilot is Capt. America. Still thinking about putting on some Wonder Woman nose art.

Don't look at the messy shop. This was my first attempt at building from plans. It's a "60" size Hots with a "90" Super Tiger for power.
