Default Modified Dremmel.

My current cordless Dremmel just didn't seem to have enough power. I like not having to drag a cord around though, so my new design will be cordless.

My Dremel has an adjustable 15,000+ rpm. My Saitos don't. I guess my OS 46AX at 18,000 using a 11x7 would work though!

Hey that single lunger is going to vibrate too much in your hand. Gonna be pretty hard to drill, cut or grind straight. Why not try a 5 cylinder rotary? For really tight places you could add a flexible attachment.
