What Size are you looking for?

There are a couple of 1/4 scale kits available, Flair and Traplet from the UK and Clarke Industries from Canada. I am currently building the Traplet kit.

The Flair tiger moth has been around for a while and there is a build thread on RCU by Cybertom.

There is an excellent build thread of the Traplet moth - which is very scale - on RCSCALEBUILDER.com

Traplet also sell plans and parts for smaller moths and their website may be woth a look.

There is a .46 size from Unionville Hobby in Canada.  They are available through Great Hobbies, also here in Canada.
