RE: SIG wonder
Do a search here for Sig Wonder. There is a lot of info available. The wounder will hurt you.

RE: SIG wonder
Fantastic little airplane. A 21 is more engine than it needs, so be ready to fly a rocket! Standard servos will work fine, but minis will make things easier.

RE: SIG wonder
I've got the same combo. Motor runs well. The wonder scoots along with it, have fun.

RE: SIG wonder
I was a little hesitant to open a thread with the word wound in it :D
But then I thought SHEESH, like I post twice in a row without a misspelling ! |
RE: SIG wonder
A buddy @ my home field in In. has had a couple of them. One of them he put a Magnum 40 in it. It was clocked at 100mph+. Before you fly it, loosen up your fingers cause it IS a rocket ship!!!

RE: SIG wonder
Instead of standard servos, consider something like the Hitec HS 82MG. Has plenty of torque and a lot lighter.

RE: SIG wonder
15 years ago, we used OS 25s in them and put them on trike gear - and flew combat with them! I've flown them with the following: Veco .19; Fox .15 and .19; OS 25FP, 25FSR, 32, and 40FP. All flew well, but be ready to turn as it gets tiny QUICK! My favorite was the Fox .19 without landing gear. The lighter you keep them the better they fly. Best to have a nother person to launch it and help trim it on the maiden flight.

RE: SIG wonder
Name must be Sig's way of reminding you to keep your hand out of the prop.........

RE: SIG wonder
I got one of those ASP .21s from HK and it's a little monster. Eight ounces with muffler but it's stronger than a lot of 25s. It will be dynamite in a Wonder.
