Repair help needed
 

Ok, was flying my new Somethin Extra this afternoon and ran off the runway. Turned back onto it and the tailwheel got caught in the tarp (thats our runway covering). Anyway, it ripped the lowest hinge on the rudder out. The other two are fine. How can I replace the one CA hinge it ripped out? It pulled a small piece of balsa out with it, but nothing else was damaged. Do i need to cut off all the hinges and make new slots in the rudder of the airplane and the rudder itself? Or is there a better method?

That would probaly be your best bet unless you try to dig out the old one and try to slide a new one in. CA hinges vary in flexability.

If it came out clean and took a piece of wood that is still on it, put it back in and use Thin CA. Let it dry good and then pull on it and make sure it is solid. If it isn't, cut them all out and replace them, but if it came out clean, it should go back in and you can re-glue it. If it is all streached, replace it. I replaced just one on a plane for a guy last week and it was easy, but he had pretty large gaps. If yours are tight, replacing one would be harder, but doable.
