I have wraped the Ducting in aluminum Duct Tape lol (if ya cant fix it duct it! lol) I found that this did not add weight and did add alot of strenght to the ducting. The wings went on without a hitch and I decided not to cut the coating on the wings just screwing the droptank down oneach corner along with a coat of 30min exoxy she is holding just fine.

RE: CMP T-45 Bae Hawk Build!!!
Are you gonna go 6 cell Li-po on this or higher?
The reason I ask is that its generally accepted that this aircraft is too heavy for 6-cells with all the bells and whistles. Guys are going fixed gear, no cockpit, doors, belly tank etc... Absolutely whatever to lose weight. Those that went higher cell count, which is what I'm doing on mine at 8cells ~2500w, are wrapping the ducts in carbon fiber tow to keep these ducts from collapsing/Imploding due to suction pressure. Not to be picky but this isn't really a kit. It's an ARF. It would probably get more responses in the ARF or electric jet section.
