Marutaka / Royal Kit help
 

I got hold of an old Marutaka Phantom II kit. It has 1 sheet of very faded plans in English and Japanese (not for building on, just as a guide). Was there an instruction guide included with these kits? Was there a parts list so I can check for completeness? I've had many Royal kits in the past, and all of those included what I am needing for this. Is this the way it is, or am I missing these items? Does anyone have a newer Royal kit stashed away that includes these? Thanks in advance, and if these are available, would gladly pay any costs for reproduction and postage.

The Royal kits that I have on my shelf all include an instruction manual. I have not seen any parts list's per say. There is also the plans with them. Good Luck, Dave

If you check on that site that you have to bid on(if you know what I mean) go to the RC section in hobbies. There is an area just for plans and templates. There is a guy there that sells the plans for that kit. I do not know if he also sells the instruction manual, but I am building that very kit right now and do have the written instruction manual. You do some building on the plans themselves, but not the entire plane. If you cannot find the manual, Email me and I can copy mine and mail it to you. You also have to remember that that kit is about 30 to 40 years old and back then, the written instructions were not anywhere as good as they are now.
