Plane / Engine recommendation

Hey Guys:
I am currently building two planes 1/4 scale neuiport 17 and 1/4 scale Fokker DR1. both are from balsa usa. I have the following engines Thor 45 gasser, Zenoah 38 gasser and a Saito 180 4 stroke.
All engines run great and the gassers are set up for smoke. My question is which combinations do you guys like. Any input would be helpful in making up my mind.

Thanks

The only problem with your list is the Saito 180....great engine, but sucks nitro like there is no tomorrow!

My BUSA Fokker Drl flew fine with a G38. No experience w the N17 but it seems lighter and could probably fly fine w less engine than a G38. Nose weight is always needed on these types of airplanes so the gas burners get marks for that.

I would go with the gassers.  The G38 is perfect for warbirds. The CRRC 45 will be a bit lighter than the 38 depending on each planes weight and which one needs more nose weight.  I have been converting all planes 120 and above to gas as those bigger glow engines do drink the fuel...even the 4-strokes.
