AK kits, any good?

Hi Gang:

I've been thinking about building the 46 size Sukhoi that AK models have. Just wondering if anyone can comment of the quality of the kit?

How well does it fly?

thanks, terry.

Excellent kits! Alex does a nice job lazer cutting. The wood is good. Prices are reasonable. Mine built well. I have the fuse covered but the wing is still waiting for covering. Completed they look good but I can't tell you how they fly yet. Mine has an Enya .53 4C. I hope that will be enough engine.

Thanks Mike, that's good to hear.

I'm thinking this would be a good replacement for my tired Sig Something extra. Let me know how she flies when you get there.

cheers, terry.

I have built 2 of his kits, the Simple Flyer and the MIG-29. Both are well done and fly great.

Later!
