Thank you so much, I have searched and searched for this information.
one more question; I contacted them about the plane and Midwest sent me a manual. However, the manual does not state what size plane they are referring to. so how can I tell if this is the right cg location? instructions clam 5 7/8"

That sounds right I will check mine and let you know it won't be until tomorrow.

I misspoke about the wingspan, its not 81. The correct wingspan is 73".

That may be an old Yellow Aircraft ARF Extra 300. The Midwest Kit was a single seater if I am not mistaken and of course it was much bigger than yours.

Yeah the Midwest is 81 I know beacuse I'm flying one and it is a single seater.

I can pretty much confirm that it's a Yellow Aircraft - I looked at some pictures of an old one that I had and the side number is the same. Unfortunately, I'm pretty certain that the instruction manual went with the plane when I sold it.
