Top Flite kit FW-190 question.
 

I have a question about the discontinued 60 size Fw-190 DORA from a few years back. I need some valued input. My son aquired the original built and covered plane that was used as a marketing tool for that kit. It has all the necessary equipment needed to fly the plane. I told him NOT to fly it. I told him it is THE plane on the box photo and it would be a crying shame even if he starts it. Not a look a like ....it's the exact photo of this plane. Am I right or wrong???

He was told that this was the plane when he bought it. I was skeptical when he told me but after close inspection....it is a top flight bird and the paint fits the photo to a tee so there you go.
