Viloga Mini tigermoth question
 

I am almost finished building the model.
The plan shows the tail wheel fastening to the rudder with the same wire that supports the wheel.
Seems like the landings would break the rudder off. Even more, that I can only get one hinge on the rudder. Am I wrong?
