Kittyhawk Models- still around??

Does anyone know if Kittyhawk Models is still in business? I know Great Planes sold out their fiberglass kits to them a few years ago and I'd like to find a few of their old kits (F-7 Tigercat, AT-6, etc). Been all over the net looking but can't come up with any info. Thanks for any help.

Saw this address on Great Planes site ref discontinued fiberglass kits. Said they sold Kitty Hawk all their molds.
