Where might I find 1/7 scale vf-17 jolly roger decals? Should I try to make my own?

There are a lot of companies that make after-market decals for plastic models and Jolly Roger has always been popular. I don't know if they carry what you want or if they can scale the decals to the size you want, but you can give them a call and ask.

I can't remember the companies off the top of my head, but Squadron Mail Order carries several brands so you can go there to get the company names and then try to contact them.
