Engine Mount on 4*40

I am working on the 4* 40 kit and I copied off of the plans to determine where to mark the thrust line onto the F-1. I need to know where to place the engine mount on that line, do I line it up with where the engine sits on the mount or do I line it up with the center of the mount. The mount they sent is about 1/2 inch taller than what they show on the plans is this just because the old aluminum mounts are shorter than the new glass filled ones or do I have the wrong one? If you can help I would appreciate it.

Line the mount up so the thrust line is the same as on the plans.

The fiberglass mounts are a bit larger than the aluminum ones they used to supply. (the glass ones are better)

Generally on the 4*40, the top of the mount will ALMOST touch the curved sheeting on the forward deck.

Reallly... you won't be able to have it far enough off up and down to matter. There isn't the room on the firewall to get it off enough to noticeably bother performance. (there's only room to get it about 1/4inch off to a side... maybe 1/8 inch high... maybe 3/4 inch low... you'd have to try to be wrong.)

Thanks FHHUBER thats what I was wondering, I was concerned because the mount was so close to the top of the firewall that I thought it might be the wrong one.
