I HAVE PURCHASED SOME GLUE FROM TOWER A YEAR A GO;AND HAVEN'T USED IT TILL NOW.
I NOTICE THAT IN THE BOTTOM, THE BOTTLES HAVE SOME DATE(OCT 2002). THEY HAVE BEEN UNOPENED AND SITTING IN MY PLANE STORAGE AREA.
QUESTION
IS SAFE TO USE THAT GLUE?
CAN I USE IT?
PLEASE HELP.

Is it CA glue? If so, I'd say it's your call. Some people will say "never use CA beyone it's experation date. Personally, if it flows, I'll use it. And I've never had a problem with glue joints coming apart.

What type of glue?

"dated" glue
 

Let me ask just one question........
Would you risk YOUR $$$$$ plane for 5 or 6 bucks???

I'd pitch it and start over...My .02.

Glue hasn't expired acording to the date he mentioned. I test it on some scrap pieces and then make the appropriate decision.

Three things I want you to do...
 

1. Hit you caps lock key.

2. Take the cap off that glue bottle.

3. Get busy and finish that plane before another year goes by.

Wow! Expired super glue. I usually run out of glue every week. If you dont want it, send it to me.
