4*120 servos and mods
 
I am starting a second 4*120. (the first met an untimely fate) It will be powered by a OS 120 fc with pump. I plan to clip one bay on each wing. Not just to get a better roll but also to let me transport it to the field. I think I will also add a cowl and counter balance at the top of the rudder. Like Volfy suggested in another 4*120 thread. Some day I would like to try a set of retracts but I think it would take a little to much modifying to fit them in this guy.

The spec's say to use a "high torque" servo. I was going to use my Futaba s3004's. Will they be OK?

It depends on how you fly it. If you just want to putt around the sky and do a few loops and rolls, the 3004's should work fine, but if you want to wring it out a bit, you're better off going with something a little stronger.

I don't know that I want to "ring it out" but maybe more than just put around. What servos would you recommend?
