Thrust line question please help
 

Putting together a Dazzler, it appears that there is no right thrust at all built into the plans.

In fact it may be pointing ever-so slightly to the left when looking down.

Should I add washers to the left side?
Should those washers be epoxied to the firewall, or friction fit?
How do I know if I have put in enough right thrust?
Does it make a big difference?
