Hot Line Models Mooney

Hey everyone. My friend just finished my hot line mooney, and it looks great! I seem to have misplaced the instruction book, and the plans do not have the CG on them. I was wondering if anyone here may have the C of G on this airplane. Thank you in advance.!

I was just wondering if anybody ever made a kit of a Mooney. Got some pictures? CG is usually 33-25% of the cord. Which is also the center of the main spar on most models.

well hot line models made this kit a really long time ago. the construction is way overbuilt and you could tell the wood was ancient. From what I have read, the hot line models mooney is a stand way off scale version, but I don't care, looks sharp!

Yes i'll get some pics soon!

Eureka sells the M20 in a .40 size at http://www.eurekaaircraft.com/airplanes/mooney40.htm
I also just spotted Modelkraze and Cambrian selling the same Mooney 201 kit but they do not answer any inquiries.
http://www.cambrianplanes.co.uk/ours...plane-kit.html
and

http://www.modelcraze.co.uk/ourshop/...plane-kit.html
they seem to have the same address though.

Ithink LeasureRC sells the Stafford Ovation short kit.

As the thread mentioned earlier, Hotlines made the Mooney Chaparral.

Tri R made a Mooney 201 kit and have seen a couple mentioned on here recently. I gather that GMP bought it from Tri R and offered it as a kit which has shown up on here a few times. AMA sells the plans for the Tri R Mooney.

Also Ithink Pilot made a Mooney kit briefly (do not quote me on that)but did not sell and did not last long.

Wayne Siewart at Aerotech used to sell a very expensive Mooney PFM but Inot longer see the link for that on his site or the 88" that he sold plans for at least briefly.

So, yes there have been Mooney kits sold over the years.
