Hiya chuck! I show the nobler as N1. and junior nobler as N5. so if it was, it must've been nobler _____?

My guess would be the Contender 40. I had the kit and got it from Tower. I know the plans are around here but thought I would guess.

G'Day Anne-Marie,

If I might suggest a source for you to check; Model Airplane News or RCM would have issues available from that era. Could you not look through the advertisements from Top Flite (or for that matter any modeller here with old issues might be able to find something?

Chances are, the model number was included somewhere in the ads. It's even possible that the mags have archived/microfiched ad information that could contain what you need.

Oh well no prize but I thought this might help

Hiya Nuker! You're on the right track! helpful modelers with old copies helped us fill in most of the blanks we couldn't. but so far no one has been able to answer this one....

if anyone could find a copy, that'd sure be cool! and would win the prize! :-)

I posted a reply in the Vintage forum but this thread at least had some post.

N-13 was a profile, 24" span built up wing Hawker Hurricane C/L model.
Others in the series were a Cosmic Wind & P-51B.

Would be happy to cut out & mail the magazine ad from 1970 if you like...

S-20 was Zero, S-21 a Hellcat & S-22 a Thunderbolt; all 1/2A Control line models.

Regards,

Scott
