im looking for a builder near austin texas to build my 1/3 scale balsa usa j-3 cub, and cover it with stits dope covering, ill have the glass cowl and robart scale landing gear with it, pm me if your close. thanks please have pics of work done

I certainly WANT to, but with marriage, kids, and a company to run, it takes me a year to build a kit as it is! :eek:

Bob Upton outside of Conroe, TX is doing some contract building. The last USA J-3 he built took 2nd or 3rd at the Bomber Field show. He uses covering and dope, does the stitching, etc. to produce a quality product. He will build anything from a plane that you can be proud of at the local field to a museum quality piece. His forte is in scale projects, whether it be warbird or civilian. Contact me if you are interested and I will give you further information.
