What method do you use to get epoxy into the slots for metal hinges?

Metal hinges

put epoxy in straw mash in to insert into hinge slot,then squeeze out some glue,messy but works.Put epoxy in syringe,using large needle,inject epoxy in hinge line,my favorite. Clean the syringe and needle with acetone until next time.
