Bipe winter project

Looking for a winter project. I would like to build a biplane this winter around a 120 size. Not a giant but something that I can put a G26 in. Any suggestions? How about a Hog bipe? Want to use std. servos, maybe with more torque but std.

The engine you want to use is to big for the Hog but would fly a goldberg Ultimate, have a 1.20 in mine.

If you want to build from scratch, you could actually blow the Hog Bipe Plans up by about 15%, and then your Engine might work, but as the last poster stated, that engine is to big for a Hog Bipe if you were to build the kit. A 1/5 Scale Stearman of some sorts might be a good choice for a G26.

... and... Sheldon's has a pretty good overstock price on those Midwest Stearmans. I picked one up a month or so ago.

Dave Patrick Ultimate bipe. I've had 2 of them. It's a great flying plane.

Hope this helps
