Bi-Plane Id

Can anyone Id this plane? It is a .40 size Bi-plane from around 1972.

Fuselage looks a lot like an Andrews Aeromaster. The top swept/bottom straight wing configuration is standard Aeromaster. The four ailerons and bolt-on wings would be a modification. The wingtips look a little different, but could have been modified. The vertical stab and rudder could be modified as well. If you post a close up pic of the engine/fuel tank area, I could probably tell you for sure.

Hmm, that doesn't get me any closer to a positive ID. The front end looks similar, but not the same as my early '70s Aeromaster. Again, any number of mods could have been made. I have a better view of the wing tips, and they do look like the Aeromaster.

Maybe someone else will have some thoughts. My best guess is still an Aeromaster, which was probably the most popular aerobatic bipe of that era, and still holds up well.
