What dou you do with your old plans?



So far, i have built 24 planes and have all the plans rolled up in a couple of old boxes.

Yep; just like an old sweater that you can't part with :eek:.

I fold them up and put them in a filing cabinet "Just in Case" I might need them again later OR someone else needs them... which HAS happen from time to time.

It's always fun to help someone out with a spare set of plans / instructions - but the space required to hold all of my spares... [X(]

I hang em' up on my shop wall, kind of like a decoration

Roll em up and stash em.

I roll mine in cardboard tubes and mark the outside of the tube telling me what plans I have in them.

In the following order:

Save them for future reference.....never look at them again.....try to sell them at swap meet in 20 years for a buck.....toss them in the trash.

Please note that you must perform EACH step to complete the cycle!

Best use of the old plans that I have is use them like wallpaper and "decorate" your shop/garage. That way you never loose them ,but they are still serving a purpose!

I am like others, roll them and keep them "just in case"

Speaking of old plans, does anyone happen to have a set of planes for the dicontinued great planes 40 sized Patriot? I need a set for a kit i got missing them. let me know, thanks
