Ryan STA controls throw

I wouls like to know what is the controls throw for the Sig Ryan STA.

I am building one of the old kits. There is no real mention of control throws. Is does say that the MAX or FULL flaps is "about 35 degrees". The balance point is indeicated on the side view and appears to be 3 3/8ths back from the LE of the wing.
