pILOT FIGURE FOR EAGLE

Any ideas on where to get the pilot figure for Goldburg kit "Eagle II"? I see it listed on there website and they say to go to Tower to get it and Tower says they do not sell it.

Pilot already painted

Paint could probably be removed. It's humbrol enamel. Amateur paint job. Pilot has no flying experience.
