Senior Telemaster

I'm currently building the Hobby-Lobby Senior Telemaster.

This is how far I've come:
http://anders.homeip.net/images/modellflyg/telemaster/

It's going to have the ASP 1.20 FS shown in the pictures.

I'm going to place the tail servos a bit further to the rear than shown on the plans to compensate for the heavy engine (and leave room for a camera in the servo compartment)

But still it seems like it's *very* nose-heavy. (No, I'm not incuding the 12V lead-battery :) )

Will this improve once it is finished with coating, servos and battery, or will I have to add a lot of weight to the tail?

Just frame it up...have the servo for the throttle installed the RX, motor, wheels, fuel tank etc...(things that you really don't want to or can't move.)

Put the wing on and put the plane on a balancer or what ever you use to balance with....
Start sliding the servos for the rudder and elevator and Rx. battery pack around, probably towards the tail..get it to where it will balance, mark with a peice of tape where they will be located.
You may have to build a servo tray and a box for the battery pack to mount it it's somewhere inbetween their locaton on the plans.
The covering won't make that much difference, but will be in the ball park and you might not have to use a lot of lead to balance it

I've had two planes that both servos and the battery pack are just in front of the elevator...
