How to secure steel clevises

As with everything else. There is high and low quality hardware out there. If you are building an ARF, count on the hardware being junk.

I use DuBro 4-40 pushrods with keeper and a solder clevis on the servo end. The solder clevis is a GP and comes with fuel tube keeper. DuBro comes with the spring and a nut to keep it tight and closed. If I use 2-56 I put z-bend at servo and GP threaded clevis with fuel tube keeper.

Use the fuel line instead of the shrink wrap. I believe the shrink wrap is more"brittle" and can be cut more easily by the clevis edges.
